HOW CAN WE HELP?
Culture + Place Preservation values a collaborative and community-centered approach to preserving culture and history. We work with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and private partners to discover, highlight, and retain the cultural heritage that defines our communities. We value building strong working relationships through listening, shared learning, and mutual respect. We believe preservation is most effective when it is collected through the lived experiences of the people connected to place. By working closely with communities and stakeholders, we help identify and document a more inclusive interpretation of our shared history and how it continues to shape cultural heritage today.
We look forward to working with you!

Legacy Business Program Planning & Development
We help communities plan and develop legacy business programs that recognize and support long-standing, culturally significant businesses as vital parts of local heritage and economic life. We work closely with public agencies, nonprofits, and local partners to design clear policies, funding strategies, and pilot programs, and to develop implementation strategies—ensuring they are inclusive, practical, and sustainable over time. See the Legacy Business Program Toolkit for more information.
